PAYMENT INFORMATION

• Minimum Deposit Requirements: (Hotel Only) $100.00 per person due at the time of booking.

• Deposits are nonrefundable if Travel Protection is not purchased and paid in full at the time of the initial booking. 

• Roundtrip PUJ airport transportation included. (

  Flight details must be provided to travel agent at least 28 days before travel.

• The cost of Travel Protection is not refundable.

• Balance must be paid in by MARCH 10, 2025 (No Exceptions).

STANDARD ROOM ONLY CANCELLATION POLICIES

• 100+ days prior to departure date: Initial deposit is non-refundable for all guests booked into the room. 

• 99 - 55 days prior to departure date: 50% cancellation penalty

• 54 - 35 days prior to departure date: 75% cancellation penalty

• 34 or less days prior to departure date: 100% . (All no shows, reductions and cancellations will be charged.)

• These terms are subject to change based on the group size.

• Cancellations policies above do not apply to guests that purchase travel protection.

TRAVEL PROTECTIONS OPTIONS

•   Travel Protection Plus - Cash Refund - ($139.99 to $284.99* per adult) - this plan is  for travelers who would want to receive a full refund in the original form of payment if plans  change and need to cancel. 

•   Travel Protection Plus - Full Travel Credit - ($49.99 to $124.99* per adult) - this  plan is for budget-conscious travelers. Same great Travel Protection Plus coverage, just a lower  price point. Perfect for those travelers who know they will travel, but need some flexibility.
