8-Day Dubai Package

Pricing:

• Single Occ - $2800
• Double Occ - $2150 per person
• Triple Occ - $1650 per person  

 Payment Schedule:

$250 per person Non-refundable Deposit Due by upon receipt.

25% of total cost due February 10, 2023 (Refundable, less deposit until March 10, 2023)

50% of total cost due by April 10, 2023 (Refundable, less 25% of total until May 10, 2023)

75% of total cost due by June 10, 2023 (Refundable, less 50% of total until July 10, 2023)

100% of total cost due by August 10, 2023 (Refundable, less 70% of total until September 1, 2023)

All payments forfeited after September 1, 2023

 Booking Terms and Conditions: 

- One-time name changes are permitted for free for all bookings. Additional name changes will incur a fee of $50 per name change.

- No name changes will be permitted after October 1, 2023.​

- Prices do not include the cost of air travel.

​- All bookings must be satisfied in full for any guest booked in the room to travel.

​- Booking types are modifiable one time after receiving deposits. Bookings submitted for single, double, or triple occupancy will require the entire cost of the room to be paid in full despite the number of guest that arrive.  No guests will be allowed to check-in to the hotel if the balance is not satisfied in full by the payment due date.​

-Cancellations and applicable refunds in accordance with the payment schedule.

- Bookings cancelled on or after September 1, 2023 will be canceled and all amounts paid will be forfeited by all guests.

​- Passports are required.  Passports must be valid for 6 months.  Passports that expire before May 18, 2024 must be renewed prior to travel.

​-Confirmation and invoice will be received within 96 hours of deposit receipt.

-Detailed itinerary with tour transportation schedule will be provided 21 days prior to travel.

-Flight information must be sent to: Info@bookmynextdestination.com by October 21, 2023 to guarantee airport transportation. Travelers will be responsible for their own airport transportation and any associated fees after October 21, 2023.

-During travel: Late arrivals to pick-up locations that miss scheduled transportation forfeit the activity. Unattended activities are not refundable.
