• $1400 per person - Quad Occupancy (4th person 50% off if paid in full at the time of booking. Valid until February 1, 2027.)

• $1600 per person - Triple Occupancy (Save $100 per person if paid in full at the time of booking. Valid until February 1, 2027.)

Payment Due Dates:

• November 1, 2026 - Minimum Deposit of $250 per person

• February 1, 2027 - 40% of Total

• March 15, 2027 - 70% of Total

• May 1, 2027 - Payment Due in Full

• Small automated monthly payment plans available upon request.

Terms and Conditions:

• International flights should include arrival to one of the Bangkok Airports (BKK or DMK) by or before July 31, 2027.  

  Departure from US must commence no later than July 30, 2027.

  Passports are required and cannot expire within 6 months of the final date of travel.

• All payments are nonrefundable.

• Travelers may purchase their own travel insurance.  Travelers may obtain and instant self-quote  at: https://www.bookmynextdestination.com/cfarinsurance

  or by contacting DTC at info@bookmynextdestination.com and requesting a personalized insurance quote.

• One time name changes are permitted and will incur a fee of $50*. No name changes are permitted after February 1, 2027.

• On time payments will be required to maintain you booking.  Cancelled bookings will not be reinstated at any time and all payments will be nonrefundable.

• Travelers may request to pay in full at anytime by contacting info@bookmynextdestination.com.

• US citizens traveling to Thailand for less than thirty (30) days are exempt for needing a tourist visa. 

• No vaccines are required for travel to Thailand.
