PAYMENT INFORMATION

• Initial Deposit Requirements: (Hotel Only) $100.00 per person due upon receipt.

• Final Payment: Due 70 days prior to arrival (by August 3, 2023)

• Interim payments accepted in any increment by requesting a link to submit payment. Original 

• bookings must be made directly with the travel agent.

STANDARD ROOM ONLY CANCELLATION POLICIES

• 96+ days prior to Oct 12th: $100 per per person is non-refundable.

• 95 - 66 days prior to Oct 12th: Initial deposit is non-refundable for all guests booked into the 

• room. 65 - 36 days prior to Oct 12th: 50% cancellation penalty.

• 35 - 0 days prior to Oct 12th: 100% . (All no shows, reductions and cancellations will be charged.) 

• These terms are subject to change based on the group size.

• Cancellations policies above do not apply to guests that purchase travel protection.

• Daily activities program such as beach walks, aquaerobics, beach volleyball, cocktail lessons, 
big screen movies under the stars, yoga, dance lessons, bicycle rides, bingo, to name a few
• Check in time: 3:00 p.m. and check out time: 12:00 p.m.
• Sales tax according to government regulations without notice. Client is liable for any additional 
taxes levied by the government
• Service tax according to government regulations without notice. Client is liable for any 
additional taxes levied by the government
• All gratuities for individual services (maids and bellmen)
• Phone calls, Internet service, and Business Center.

• Laundry and Dry cleaning Services
• Medical Services
• Any charge or consumption not mentioned in this package

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
•            Passports are required. Valid for minimum expiration of 6 months following checkout date. Must be renewed prior to departure if expiration date is after April 19, 2024.
•            Airfare is not included in room only rates quoted on the booking information page.
•            Airport transfers are included. (Flight details purchased separately from your hotel 
booking must be provided to your travel agent at least 28 days prior to Oct 12th to guarantee 
transportation.)
•            Rates are quoted in USD, per person, per night. Taxes included.
•            Maximum people per room are 3 adults.
•            Minimum age for for guests that elect to book at Breathless Resort Punta Cana must be 
at least 18 years old.
•            By the rates above being specially negotiated for this group, they are not combinable 
with other promotions or special discounts including but not limited to AAA, Senior, and Military.
•            This group pricing is combinable with the “Resort + Flight” option.
•            Travel insurance options available for purchase. Opting out of obtaining travel 
insurance will result in your deposit being nonrefundable and up to 100% of your payments being 
nonrefundable depending on the date of your
cancellation.

 

TRAVEL PROTECTION PLUS

Travel Protection Plus Travelers will receive the best pre-departure benefits in the industry that 
include our incredible Cancel For Any Reason† feature. Add Travel Protection Plus to any group 
reservation within 7 days of booking. Please note each booking may choose to purchase Travel 
Protection Plus within a contracted group. Cost is subject to the rate available at the time the 
individual bookings are made.

All Travel Protection Plans include:
Cancel the vacation, for whatever reason, and you're covered - Cancel for ANY reason. Plus, no 
change fees and a hurricane travel credit. Non-refundable hotel rates are not included.
Worry less about travel mishaps - Now up to $3,000 in catch-up expenses if the trip is delayed 6 
hours or more (previously the maximum was $500), up to $300 if bags are delayed, up to $1,000 for 
lost belongings, and up to $50,000 reimbursement of medical expenses if you get sick or hurt during 
your trip, plus up to $75,000 for emergency transportation.

Travel Protection Options:
•   Travel Protection Plus - Cash Refund - ($139.99 to $284.99* per adult) - this plan is 
for travelers who would want to receive a full refund in the original form of payment if plans 
change and need to cancel.
•   Travel Protection Plus - Full Travel Credit - ($49.99 to $124.99* per adult) - this 
plan is for budget-conscious travelers. Same great Travel Protection Plus coverage, just a lower 
price point. Perfect for those travelers who know they will travel, but need some flexibility.
Travel Protection Notes:
•   Adults are defined as 13 years and older at time of travel. Pricing for children 12 
years and under varies based on Travel Protection Plan selected for the adults ($24.99 to $114.99). 
Travel Protection Plus is non-refundable once purchased and overrides the ALG contract terms for 
the protected traveler. Travel Protection Plus covers all air (Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights, 
Contracted Blocked Air, and Individual Scheduled Air Add On) when packaged with hotel. Travel 
Protection Plus is available to only those travelers within a reservation that want it; however, 
doesn't cover any increase in package costs due to changes in hotel occupancy.
