PAYMENT INFORMATION

• Minimum Deposit Requirements: (Hotel Only) $75.00 per person due at the time of booking.

• Roundtrip airport transportation to LIR included. Flight details are required 28 days before check-in date to guarantee transportation.

• Deposits are nonrefundable if Travel Protection is not purchased and paid in full at the time of the initial booking. 

• The cost of Travel Protection is not refundable.

DUE DATES

• Initial Deposit - February 15, 2026

• 50% of Total - April 15, 2025

• Balance must be paid in by August 15, 2026 (NO EXCEPTIONS).

STANDARD ROOM ONLY CANCELLATION POLICIES

• 130 days prior to departure date: Initial deposit is non-refundable for all guests booked into the room. 

• 129 - 65 days prior to departure date: 50% cancellation penalty

• 64 - 45 days prior to departure date: 75% cancellation penalty

• 44 or less days prior to departure date: 100% . (All no shows, reductions and cancellations will be charged.)

• These terms are subject to change based on the group size.

• Cancellations policies above do not apply to guests that purchase travel protection.

TRAVEL PROTECTIONS OPTIONS

•   Travel Protection Plus - Cash Refund - ($139.99 to $284.99* per adult) - this plan is  for travelers who would want to receive a full refund in the original form of payment if plans  change and need to cancel. 

•   Travel Protection Plus - Full Travel Credit - ($79.99 to $129.99* per adult) - this  plan is for budget-conscious travelers. Same great Travel Protection Plus coverage, just a lower  price point. Perfect for those travelers who know they will travel, but need some flexibility.
