PAYMENT INFORMATION
Minimum Deposit Requirements: (Hotel Only) $100.00 per person due at the time of booking.
Deposits are nonrefundable if Travel Protection is not purchased and paid in full at the time of the initial booking.
Maximum of 3 Adults Per Room
The cost of Travel Protection is not refundable.
Balance must be paid in by November 1, 2024 (No Exceptions).
If transportation is requested, flight information must be provided at least 28 days before departure to guarantee transportation.
One complimentary name change is permitted. Additional name changes will incur a fee of $50 per name change.
STANDARD ROOM ONLY CANCELLATION POLICIES
90+ days prior to departure date: Initial deposit is non-refundable for all guests booked into the room.
74 - 60 days prior to departure date: 50% cancellation penalty
59 - 30 days prior to departure date: 75% cancellation penalty
29 or less days prior to departure date: 100% . (All no shows, reductions and cancellations will be charged.)

• Travel Protection Plus - Cash Refund - ($139.99 to $284.99* per adult) - this plan is for travelers who would want to receive a full refund in the original form of payment if plans change and need to cancel.
• Travel Protection Plus - Full Travel Credit - ($49.99 to $124.99* per adult) - this plan is for budget-conscious travelers. Same great Travel Protection Plus coverage, just a lower price point. Perfect for those travelers who know they will travel, but need some flexibility.
